Our NLP engine processes the input, normalizes any regional differences in terminology (like “Townhome” vs. “Townhouse”), and generates an API request that fetches the relevant listings.

Moreover, our system supports context-awareness through NLP IDs. When a new prompt is sent, we return a NLP ID in the response. If this ID is included in subsequent prompts, our NLP tool will consider the previous context, enabling a truly conversational and intuitive search experience.
